AJB DCDB 2IN-1OUT 600V – Fuse & SPD as Sibass

This Array Junction Box (AJB) and DC Distribution Box (DCDB) is designed for safe and efficient management of solar PV strings. It combines 2 independent DC input strings into a single DC output, making it ideal for medium-capacity solar power plants.

The enclosure is weatherproof, dustproof, and UV-resistant (IP65 or higher rating), suitable for outdoor installation in harsh environmental conditions. It is fabricated from high-quality thermoplastic or powder-coated metal for enhanced durability and long service life.

Key electrical components are sourced from Sibass, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards.

• Fuse Holders & Fuses (Sibass) – Protects each string from reverse current and short-circuit damage.

• Surge Protection Device (SPD) (Sibass) – Protects the PV system from transient voltage spikes caused by lightning or switching surges.

The system is rated for up to 600V DC and is fully tested for electrical safety and mechanical integrity. Cable entry points are equipped with weatherproof cable glands, and all internal wiring uses high-quality, double-insulated solar cables.
