The DCDB (DC Distribution Box) is a critical component in a solar PV system, designed to safely combine and protect DC power generated by multiple solar strings before feeding it into the inverter.

This 6-in/6-out DCDB is specially designed for 51–60 kW solar power plants, providing complete protection against overcurrent and surges. Built with high-quality components like 1000V DC SPD and DC fuses, it ensures long-lasting performance and reliability.

Key Components Included

1. DC SPD – 1000V (3 Nos.)

   • Protects the system from lightning surges and voltage transients.

   • High-quality, reliable Type 2 SPD suitable for solar PV applications.

2. DC Fuse – 20A, 1000V (6 Nos.)

   • Individual string protection against overcurrent.

   • Ensures safe disconnection in case of fault in any string.

3. MC4 / Terminal Blocks (Optional)

   • For easy and secure connection of solar string cables.

4. Heavy-Duty Enclosure

   • Compact 400 × 400 mm size for space-efficient installation.
