IDEAL Copper Bonded Solid Chemical Earthing Rod – Series 17 mm

The IDEAL Copper Bonded Solid Chemical Earthing Rod (17 mm series) is a high-performance grounding solution designed to provide reliable and long-lasting earthing for electrical and solar installations. Manufactured from low carbon mild steel with a durable copper bonded layer, the rod offers excellent corrosion resistance and superior conductivity, ensuring stable fault current dissipation and enhanced equipment safety.

It is supplied with a NABL-certified 25 kg backfill compound that maintains low earth resistance by improving soil conductivity and moisture retention. The rod is CPRI tested to withstand 15 kA RMS for 1 second with an initial peak of 30 kA (for 3 m), ensuring dependable performance during fault and lightning conditions. A V-shape welded 4-hole terminal clamp allows secure cable connection and easy installation.

Designed as per IS 3043 standards, this earthing system is ideal for solar power plants, electrical panels, industrial equipment, and commercial installations requiring safe and efficient grounding.
